The founding idea for our business stemmed from the fact that there seems to be too many run-down, derelict and abandoned buildings in Malta. Most of these buildings were cultural and design icons in their hey-day, and we believe that with the right combination of love, passion and dedication, they could once again be restored to their former glory.

Having come from various backgrounds, we have combined our passions in tradition, culture and modernity to result in an eclectic as well as highly specialized team.  We strive to enrichen the community by giving something back, to revive the urban conservation areas of Malta by restoring and preserving our heritage and culture through the beautiful, architecturally traditional characteristics that these building hold.

Many townhouses, farmhouses, palazzi and villas in Malta were build between 100-500 years ago, and these boast amazing craftsmanship from the masons of old. One can see the influences of the various cultures and empires that have colonized or passed through Malta through the ages.
